Conventionally, with computer some other kind of device we also add further  you will get to know about, a modern computer consists of at least one processing element, typically a central processing unit (CPU) in the form of a microprocessor, along with some type of computer memory, typically semiconductor memory chips. The processing element carries out arithmetic and logical operations, and a sequencing and control unit can change the order of operations in response to stored information. Peripheral devices include input devices (keyboards, mice, joystick, etc.), output devices (monitor screens, printers, etc.), and input/output devices that perform both functions . 1. INPUT UNIT :  This unit is used for entering data and program into the computer system by the user for processing. 
2. STORAGE UNIT  : This storage unit is used for storing data and instructions before  and after processing.
3. OUTPUT UNIT   : The output unit is used for storing the result as output produced by the computer after processing.
4. OUTPUT UNIT   : The task of performing operations like arithmetic and logical operation is called processing , the central  processing unit (CPU) tasks data and instructions from the storage unit and makes all sorts of calculation based on the instructions given and the type of data provided . It is unit CPU  includes arithmetic logical unit (ALU) and control  unit (CU)  .
